RANDOM THOUGHT
I come from a less developed country I owe it to the women of my country and other developing nations to give them a chance to rehabilitate themselves. Gender inequalities undermine the ability of women and girls to exercise their rights and to be active partners in response, rehabilitation, and development. My mother always say, building a strong house requires a strong foundation. Women lay a foundation for any household.....
NO NEUTRALITY IN BELIEF
Positive attitude is not a feeling. It is a choice. The evil one is always looking for ways to take our positive attitude. When we lack it what follows is discouragement, disillusion, hatred, fear, etc. But God in His faithfulness provides as with a key or instruction so that we are able to live in the fullness of His Kingdom and be able to overcome negativity. This weapon is none other than ‘Faith’. Faith demands a positive attitude. For instance when trials come through, a simple declaration of “ I am an over comer” is more than enough to maintain our positive attitude regardless of the situation.
Faith is a belief. Beliefs determine components of our nature and approach towards things. There is no neutrality in a belief. It’s either you believe it or not. Now this evil one called devil knows that once he plants a negative seed in our life, if we are not strong enough, we are going to water it. And like any seed, that seed sprouts out into a bigger plant of negativity, leading our lives into greater misery of pain, self-pity, remorse, etc.
Now God’s Kingdom provides us with an opportunity of Faith that dwells on positive things. For instance, when things are not on our side, there is hope. God Himself promises to take care of whatever situation we are in so long as we trust Him. Psalm 34 says, “ Taste and See that the lord is good”. Surely there is no harm in trying. Proverbs 16:3 says, ‘depend on the Lord in whatever you do, and your plans will succeed”.
Again we cannot refute that the basis of faith is trust. Now to trust somebody one needs to know Him. God calls us to know Him. From the beginning of time through history He has done wonders to show who He is. If you are still in doubt, simply try to renew your mind and meditate on His word. He promises change through a revelation. He promises to reward those who diligently seek Him. Do not let fear that is at war with God’s Kingdom to win you over. Fear only brings a negative attitude. Nurture a positive attitude and be a winner. A winner walking in the fullness of God, holding the amazing gifts of hope, peace, joy and love!

RIDING TO DESTINY
I believe every human being has been placed with specific anointing and talent. A journey that takes one to a particular destination which I call destiny. I look around the World and people are crying out to reach their destiny. It is that kind of journey that is not always smooth. As a matter of fact most of it is rough. So how can one overcome such roughness? Sometimes it’s all about offloading the heavy load of the past to reach your destination. With heaviness one cannot move forward.

LAKE MALAWI-TRUE BEAUTY
| little sis showing off boat ride on the blue waters of Lake Malawi |
| Just arriving at the Lake.. |
Lake Malawi- the true beauty of Africa. If you are looking for peace and calm with just enticing sounds of birds and water waves, Lake Malawi is the place to be. If you are looking for a taste of a delicacy of fish ever created, Lake Malawi is the place to be. This beautiful Lake runs from the Northern part of the country to the Southern part of the Country. What a convenience. People all over the country have a wider choice of which part of the Lake to visit. My favourite is Salima. Its near home and I enjoy driving through its beautiful scenery. A holiday is never a holiday without a visit to the lake. Warmth and friendliness of people around the lake makes you feel like there is no hate in this world. A perfect day starts with a lovely breakfast just outside hotel room, then on to a beach straw. If you are with a loved one, a walk on the beach holding hands is magical. I personally don’t mind spending three hours just chilling on the beach before I take lunch. Perfect lunch is best served on the beach resorts. Livingstonia is my favourite. After a perfect Chambo fish lunch and a proper cool-off, a boat ride is undeniably an event worth taking….whatever follows after that, it is your own adventure!

BACK IN MALAWI
It feels good to be home after about six months.. I am surely enjoying all the food i missed....and ofcourse being around mommy is the spice of my life..She is such an amazing woman.. i could never trade her for anything.. The weather isnt so bad like i thought it would be. Ofcourse this is our winter season, but i must say it feels like summer. i do not need to walk around in boots and scarfs like i was doing in Mzansi.
Politics seems dirty as usual. I cant say much on the new leader we have. so far she has at least tried to bring us fuel. Can't agree much on some of the policies she is trying to bring just to appease the donors.. When will my people ever learn to work hard and not live a life of just receiving. Oh well, it appears we are no longer hosting the African Union summit. i was really looking forward. I thought it would put us on a platform..But well if it has been done for a good cause, then long-live genuine democracy in Malawi.
Devaluation seems another hicup. Malawi is very poor. I feel the devaluation percentage is too much. I have noted that alot of people in the Urban areas are already struggling so much. what more with my people in the village? God help us.

MEAT, MEAT AND MORE MEAT
The Spot is called Carnivores. The Carnivores restaurant is situated in natural surroundings, facing the Krugersdorp hills. Being a meat -lover alone doesn’t justify you to visit this place. You have to be adventurous and dynamic. When I was told, this was where my friends and I were heading to for dinner, I said, “wait a minute, I love meat but I don’t think I am that fierce to be called a carnivore”. I thought the menu would just be the random beef, chicken, or pork. My word! Crocodile, Impala, Zebra, Kudu and other game animals were also the specialty of the night..For a minute I thought I was in dreamland, until when the waiter came over with a round of crocodile. The meat looked tender and appetizing, but the thought of how a live crocodile looks and its character of devouring human beings, I said no no no, tonight I will not be so adventurous. We were four of us. My chicken and pork was enough for me but to my amazement the rest of my friends ate everything else that came through. By the way this is how service is done, U get seated at a table, like the norm in most restaurants, you order your drinks and then for the main meal, they put a flag on your table and they bring different meat in rounds. So if first round brings chicken, second round brings pork and so forth. You get to eat as much as you want. They only stop serving when you ‘surrender’ and that’s by putting the flag down. Absolutely hilarious! Definitely one of my favorite spots in South Africa.

My Chelsea, My pride.......
Not only have they clinched a double this year..They are also making history as the first football club to sponsor formula one. As reported on Yahoo News, “ Sauber’s cars will spot the blue logo of the Champions league finalists Chelsea from next week’s Spanish Grand Prix as part of a deal between the Swiss-based formula one team and the and the European champions”.
Watching Chelsea play in the Champions league final was indeed like watching a fairy tale. They had gone as under dogs, had a tough season and not many expected the blues to be crowned champions. But today all is history. They made it. They have two trophies in the bag. They are the pride of London, The pride of England, the Champions of Europe. They are Chelsea. In that dramatic final, on the 19th of May 2012, when a Bayern goal came in the 83rd minute, it seemed as if that was it, the end, but Chelsea did not give up nor did they lose hope. They fought on and an equalizer came through 5-minutes later. And then it was time for shoot or die in the penalties. Oh! Somebody calm my nerves, I can’t stand penalty shoot-outs! O well, they’ve made it, they are the champions of Europe!
